In the beginning of 2016, Primoris Bulgaria has organized a broad customer satisfaction survey to collect information on the customer’s perceptions about the laboratory and the analyses it provides.

Excellent overall customer satisfaction

The survey collected information from Bulgarian, Romanian and Serbian customers. Results show good overall customer satisfaction.

According to these results, key strengths of Primoris Bulgaria are customer service, credibility and reliability, and certificates of analysis. This means that for the customers the communication process is smooth, they are happy with what they receive as a service and they are willing to continue working with Primoris. 
Furthermore, many interviewees mentioned that they have recommended Primoris to other companies and institutions.
