R&D: poster presentations of new glyphosate method

As a spin-off from the Department of Crop Protection Chemistry of Ghent University, Primoris has maintained, until today, a scientific and evidence-based approach to research and analysis.

The service of Primoris in terms of research is found in the development of analytical methods and in the participation in (inter-)national research projects, seminars and symposia.

In the beginning of this year we launched a highly reliable analysis method for the detection of glyphosate on 10 ppb with a highly sensitive LC-MSMS with 2D technology. Thanks to this 2D technology, we are able to detect and quantify difficult glyphosate particles on the requested level.

In May, our R&D team will be holding a poster presentation about this new method at two (inter)national symposia:

• May 23th: The 69th International Symposium on Crop Protection (Ghent, Belgium)
• May 24^th: 8th edition of the one-day international symposium "Trends in Food Analysis", organized by the KVCV-Food Chemistry in collaboration with Ghent University (Belgium)
